Once the overall vision, layout direction, and material palette are established, this phase focuses on translating those ideas into a clear, shoppable plan. We refine furnishings, lighting, finishes, and décor into cohesive selections that align with your space, style, and budget.

You’ll review the design during a Design Presentation, where selections are refined and confirmed. From there, we deliver a Curated Sourcing List with clickable links and guidance for client-led purchasing, allowing you to implement the design at your own pace.

This phase provides structure, clarity, and confidence—without requiring full-service design or project management.
