Phase 3 is for clients who are ready to move beyond planning and into execution.

After completing Design Concept and Design Sourcing, clients may choose to continue into Full-Service Design, where we manage purchasing, coordination, and implementation on your behalf.

To begin Phase 3, we provide a Full-Service Agreement and Project Retainer, which initiates procurement and ongoing project management. Once in place, we take the lead on ordering, tracking, vendor communication, delivery coordination, and installation oversight—ensuring the approved design is carried through exactly as intended.

Throughout this phase, we manage timelines, resolve issues as they arise, and oversee final styling so every detail is thoughtfully executed and cohesive.

Phase 3 concludes with a fully implemented space—without the stress of managing the process yourself.
