After completing Design Concept and Design Sourcing, you may choose to continue into Design Execution, where we manage purchasing, coordination, and implementation on your behalf.

To begin Phase 3, we provide a Service Agreement and Project Management Retainer, which initiates procurement and ongoing project management. Once in place, we take the lead on ordering, tracking, vendor communication, delivery coordination, and installation oversight—ensuring the approved design is carried through exactly as intended.

Throughout this phase, we manage timelines, resolve issues as they arise, and oversee final styling so every detail is thoughtfully executed and cohesive.
